A true South Coast local, Damien grew up in Berry and Shoalhaven Heads and now calls Wandandian home. With 24 years of experience as a skilled carpenter and joiner, he has mastered the art of precision craftsmanship. Jack grew up in Ulladulla and Bendalong on the South Coast, where he developed a deep appreciation for the building industry before pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction Management in the nation’s capital. As a highly skilled Contract Administrator, he is meticulous, detail-driven, and an expert in managing budgets, timelines, and contracts.

Originally from the Sutherland Shire, Renee made Gerringong home in 2007. As the powerhouse behind the Gerringong office, she ensures seamless day-to-day operations while expertly managing accounts with precision and efficiency.
